It was epic day yesterday on 7th September 2024 for me personally as well as professionally as I with my young brigade of Office dislodged bails of daily deadlines and entered Sports Arena without any agenda with simple thought of just enjoying the day, no result oriented approach we usually follow for winning cases for our clients, no sense of urgency, no roles and responsibilities.  There was no Team leader approach as All of us immersed ourselves with all of our families into a friendly banters, team collaboration. This is what I call it a Epic Day.  And the greatest takeaway was it was all carefully crafted and diligently organized entirely by our team with immense enthusiasm and dedication.  The way everyone was enjoying every moment was clearly visible in their eyes and that's what gives ultimate satisfaction to me as a leader where I took a backseat and team has steered through a first ever Sports Day Event of our KMA office of Jaipur. GETTING BORED OF LOCKDOWN ?? -   READ ON….. As I write this, the situation in India is in panic mode as confirmed cases of contagious COVID-19 shot up to almost 1000 cases across various States/UTs. We are facing an unprecedented crisis that forced Prime Minister of India to enforce the complete nationwide lockdown for 21 days. And with the ongoing circumstances, it is highly likely that the lockdown may be extended further. Although we are safe at our homes, we are worried,   we are scrolling our phones and switching over TV channels for the real-time update of COVID-19. But can we do anything except taking precautions?
